Dan who assisted us was knowledgeable and offered helpful advice. Lying on a bet in a store can be an embarrassing situation but Dan made us feel at ease. We spent about 2 hours looking at the various beds and debating which one to get and Dan was very patient with us.

Friendly staff and we found what we wanted

I always find the staff so helpful. They understand our needs and aren’t too pushy and don’t try to hugely upsell. We’ve bought several beds and mattresses from Dreams in Tunbridge Wells and have been really pleased with all our purchases.

My reason for shopping for a new mattress was a serious illness related one, and I was feeling quite under the weather, but the staff were great and treated me with really great consideration and help!

Lauren was very helpful in assisting me to find the right product for my needs without pressuring me to make a purchase. I was given time to think about what I was after and opportunities to discuss different products and options throughout my time in the store.

Walked in and asked if I could be helped straight away, every question answered and personality given to responses, not pressured at all and advice given. Very friendly and not felt rushed and I felt I was taken seriously unlike furniture Village

everything was dealt with very efficiently.

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Our visit to the store was relatively short as the assistance provided addressed our needs with a minimum of fuss.
