I appreciated the individual attention and focus on particular bedding and sleep pain requirements. Carol the sales assistant was attentive, but not obtrustive. She was aware of what products worked for my family and what didn’t. It was a pleasant shopping experience.

The lady that helped us was amazing polite and not pushy but very good this is why the sale was progressed great customer service

Easy and friendly experience from the second I walked through the door the sales person was very knowledgeable and was able to suggest different products based onthe feed back i was giving him which made for a quick and hassle free trip to dreams

Overall we were highly satisfied with our shopping experience at Tunbridge Wells. Several members spoke to us in a friendly manner. We were offered refreshments. Natalie could not be more helpful. She appeared very knowledgeable and she was very patient. We weren't pressured into our purchase and we are eagerly awaiting our bed. We would be happy to share experience with our friends and family. We wish more retailers gave their customers the type of shopping experience that we experienced at Dreams. So we would like to say a big thank you to all the staff that spoke to us during our shopping experience.
