Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

The assistant (Natalie) in Dreams Tunbridge Wells was very welcoming. She listened to what we required and advised us where to look in the store. Left us to browse but did keep returning to see if she could be of more help. It was a good shopping experience and we purchased a lovely matress.

Good service

We were warmly welcomed and straightaway offered a hot drink but more importantly we were not pressurised in any way which meant we felt comfortable in looking at various bed options. The salesperson, Glen Gerry, could not have been more helpful.

I was satisfied with the shop I eventually bought from but had to trave 15+ miles between stores ti find one with the bed on display. Otherwise I might as well have bought online from another seller at a cheaper price. Having all beds on display is your one advantage over online stores.

Lauren made us feel comfortable and gave us practical impartial advice and gave us a good choice of beds to choose from. We didn’t feel pressurised into making a wrong purchase and are looking forward to delivery of mattress in next couple of days. We have already recommended Dreams to family and friends. Lauren who served us was very knowledgeable, helpful and covered all areas of information that we needed you know. There was no pressure from her to make a purchase and she was very honest about everything. Lauren was very friendly and bubbly, couldn’t of wished for better assistance on our visit to Dreams.

Wasn’t sure what I was actually looking for, Natalie went though all of the options and the best prices for my needs. She was very patient and polite, wouldn’t let us buy one that we wasn’t 100% sure on which is amazing. Very satisfied and can’t wait for my new bed to arrive. Thank you Natalie.
