Assistant was so very helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable. No pressure selling ,ie,bought a divan ottaman, no pressure to purchase a mattress. Other stores pressurised. Overall, very pleased! Even made my friend and I a coffee. Lauren, assistants name .

When we arrived we were greeted but left to have a look for a while. A sales assistant then approached us and asked if there was anything we were looking for. She really listened and then answered our questions and made helpful suggestions. She didn't push us, but left us with some info and ideas and went off to make us a coffee. It felt very comfortable to take our time. She (maisie in the tunbridge wells stote) drew up a quote for us very quickly and efficiently as we had said we needed to get kids to a swimming lesson. We called her back later in the day with some further questions and with her help modified and made order. Straight forward and positive experience.
