Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

Carol was funny, witty and understood our needs straight away. She was led by our request (we bought 3 beds) she did not try and over sell or up sell inappropriately, sometimes this is done in stores at the wrong time, leaving you feeling that the assistant is in it for the commission and not for the customer, for me this will lead to me probably not buying, or not buying on that day. Our 12 year was with us, we spent 2 hours in the store before we placed the order, she could see that my husband and I needed to chat, she took Ollie to another area in the shop and let him lie down on a bed, and play on his phone whilst we made the decision, the whole experience was stress free - it is often difficult shopping with kids, Carol read the situation extremely well. Dreams I hope, already know that Carol is very good at her job and has skills that cannot be taught, she is very natural with people.

We were welcomed immediately by Glen, who looked on the computer to clarify which mattress we had bought last year - and then showed us the identical one on display - along with others of a similar quality - or slightly less expensive but fine for a guest bedroom. He also explained how our old mattress would be taken away and recycled.

Polite, friendly, knowledgable service. No pressure. Could not fault anything.

Dan the salesperson knew exactly what to recommend after listening to our requirements and delivered with extreme friendliness!

We went into the store to review the products as we were thinking of changing our beds, Natalie the SALES ASSISTANT was able to answer all our question without any undue sales pressure, we ended up placing our order which was mainly due to her help
