Sales assistant did not pressure us. She answered satisfactorily any questions we asked her. She explained thoroughly the varying qualities of the mattresses we were interested in which enabled us to reach a decision as to which mattress would be most suitable for us..

I had had a problem ordering online so I rang the store where I bought a previous bed. The lady could not have been more helpful and charming and my order went through speedily and with no problems.

The items I had researched online were present in store to try. We weren't bombarded or harassed by sales staff, but they were available when needed. The staff explained what needed explaining.

Our assistant, Dan was extremely helpful, efficient and knowledgeable about the products

Politeness and no talking you into something you don't really like or won't very impressed being told if I'm not satisfied with the mattress I can exchange for a different one never had that said before it was Dan that Dealt with my perchase. Very impressed

The whole experience from the helpful assistant to placing the order was very professional.

A good variety of mattress's various prices, the lady who served us was helpful and friendly, but not pushy which was good. The shop was nicely presented.

We came in to look and Glen was amazing, we didn't feel pressured but he was always close and would check if we needed anything. I was very impressed when he brought us both a pillow to use and it was very well done as we ended up paying £85 for a tempur pillow that we would never have done if he hadn't brought them for us to use. He was friendly and knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way to finding our perfect new bed.

We were very impressed with the assistance we were given. Dan, your salesman, was very helpful, had a good knowledge of the products and applied no pressure in terms of us making a decision but showed patience in answering all of our questions.
