Service was great as soon as we walked into the door, we would have been searching for hours for the right mattress, but helped us eliminate all those that would not be suitable

Was looked after by Dan in Tunbridge Wells store , he was happy to show us where our chosen mattress brand was located and then left us to choose what we wanted with no pressure or hard sell , and when he came by just a casual is everything ok and an offer of refreshments.

Help was offered almost immediately upon arriving in store in total 3 times before we made a decision to purchase. The staff had good level of knowledge and didn't just persuade us to buy the more expensive options.
