Staff very helpful and friendly. Store was clean and tidy. Dan who served us was knowledgeable and professional and helpful.

Very helpful and friendly lady assistant. My wife and I were offered tea or coffee. We were given plenty of time to make up our minds and no hard sell for a more expensive product.

Help in the shop was good but I cannot comment on the product till I have slept on it for a few nights.

Maisie the sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable and very polite. We have bought a bed from you before and have have been very pleased with it.

Excellent service he knew the products prices and gave us space to choose also very polite.

We were served by Natalie who was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and helped us with every aspect of our enquiry. We were left to test the mattresses for as long as we needed but she was always on hand to help with any queries we had.

We were very pleased with the helpfulness, knowledge and unpushy service recieved from the assistant manager Dan in the Knights park Tunbridge wells store, he was very helpful at showing us the items we was looking for and was happy to leave us to make our desicion without being pushy or making us feel rushed into making our purchase, we are very happy with the service we recieved and would recommend to friends

My issue caused the transaction to take a long time however I was offered drink and in the end it was all sorted to high standards.
