Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

I went to order fitted bedroom furniture,which I have had in mind for the past couple of years . The sales lady Carole was very confident and friendly and knew excatly ,what I was after ,with expaning to me what was all part of the price .as well as showing me part of the unite I didn't know was part of the set . I wanted to know what the payment deatails where,so we went down stairs , I was offered a coffee, which was lovely , and we made the order, unfortunately the first finance company declined , one of the other sales guys suggested to use an other finance company of which passed, so there the order went though.which I was very relived about .

Everybody was extremely helpful and friendly.

I wasn't buying an expensive mattress, but I did want to compare what was on offer in my price range, and the customer assistant happily gave me her time and knowledge while I was choosing.

Prompt assistance by the Assistant Manager of the store who was highly knowledgeable of the products we were looking at and gave us great advice. We were able to take a new mattress away with us on the same day from the store stock, meaning we saved money on delivery costs.

Natalie was an excellent sales person with in depth knowledge of the items being sold.

Ian greeted me as soon as I walked in with a great smile. Took time to understand what I was after. Listened to me. We had great rapport. Fantastic.

We were served by Dan in the Tunbridge wells store. He was brilliant. Made us a coffee, explained the browsing options and made the experience enjoyable and easy. He was very knowledgeable when it came to the products, how they were made etc... we normally dread store experiences but people buy from people and we would happily deal with Dan again.

Speed of assistance from walking into store. Understood our requirements and showed the relevant products. Left to try them out in our own time. Came back to help and answer questions. 0% APR offered when buying a Tempur mattress which made me want to go for the higher quality more expensive mattress. Free delivery, within a week. Tea / Coffee offered whilst doing the paper work & financials. Speedy, pleasant, thorough service. Looking forward to taking delivery of the new mattress!

Initially requested that we were not pestered while we were viewing and measuring furniture, which was adhered to, but was happy to discuss the product once we had made our decision. Did not feel pressurised at ant time during the process. The assistant manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. Being offered a cup of coffee was a nice touch.
