The staff member was friendly and polite. He knew the products and the promotions on them in order to give me the best deal as I was buying several things. We were also offered a drink which was a nice touch

I have all ways shopped for beds etc. at Dreams and have been satisfied with all of our purchases . The staff are mostly very knowledgeable concerning the product. The young man who served us today especially so. As always it was a pleasure doing business with yourselves. GRAHAM WHITE.

Maisie was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. We did not feel pressurised at all during our shopping experience and were allowed time to make our own reviews and to ask necessary questions. We were offered drinks and also offered if we needed any support.

Greeted immediately. Offered a drink while we looked around. Young woman couldn’t answer our questions and quickly found a knowable assistant who could. He was informative, helpful and suggested all the beds which might suit us as well as pillows to fill our needs. Our order was processed speedily and compromise found for delivery. Assistant told us about the mattress recycling scheme too. Very impressed over all.

the staff knew what they were talking about and guided us in the right direction, they didn’t rush us to make a purchase and offered free coffee and a tester pillow. Very friendly also.
