We went into the Royal Tunbridge Wells - B259 store as our local Dreams store in Eastbourne did not stock the Helsinki bed frame we were interested in. We dealt with Dan who I cannot praise highly enough. Not only did we purchase the bed frame we also purchase a Tempu Mattress. Dan kept me updated by phone & email, his level of customer service has been exceptional. I will definitely recommend friends & associates to go & see Dan despite not being our local store. Hopefully the delivery will be as straight forward.
