Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

As I am disabled bodily, inside and out, I needed to be Very sure that the mattress I chose was more than sufficient and suitable for myself and my needs. I have not dealt with 'Dreams' before as I had bought mattresses elsewhere in the past, but having read somewhere that a pocket sprung' mattress would be best for those with orthopaedic problems, thought I should replace the now 'old' one with one of the above! Having been told by my son that 'Dreams' of Tunbridge Wells Industrial Estate had a sale on, I decided to call round on Monday 10th December; sorry I have mislaid the order form, but I think the lady who dealt with me was called Leslie and she was a Wonderful representative as she was So helpful, kind and patient with me lying on and trying a number of beds until I decided!

The assistant asked me what I wanted. He listened and took me straight to what I wanted. He discussed quality and told me what my options were. He told me the price then told me about the offer. He then sold me a mattress protector, again he listened to my requirements, he looked at a product on line and then offered me an alternative which was spot on for my requirements. He then sold me the products and an insurance on the mattress. I enjoyed the experience, he noticed I wasn't a person that wanted to spend a long time over my purchase. He even gave me a coffee to walk out with. I would definitely go back to dreams for my next purchase. What a good service! You certainly have a little salesman gem in your Tunbridge Wells branch. I actually enjoyed spending money. Very happy with my purchase, thank you Dreams.

Second visit for the same item .. Dan spoke to us on the first visit we came back to purchase the item today .. very helpful friendly service .. offered us other good deals as well ... very satisfied with the service

From the moment we walk in we were greeted and made to feel welcome while we were browsing we offered coffee Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable. The store and staff at Tunbridge wells is outstanding

Natalie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and gave us all the time required to chose a spare room mattress.

Lady serving was very knowledgable, friendly but not overbearing. She gave us the information we required but also time to try the products. On return to the store to purchase, there were more staff and all seemed friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Time to place the order was longer than expected but the process was thorough, clear and coffee was offered.

We liked the layout of the store, it felt very comfortable. The staff all acknowledged us which was nice. My partner enjoyed his tea. I suffer with fibromyalgia so when the staff asked me about what sort of bed i was looking for they are extremely helpful and pointed me in the right direction. we didn't feel pressurised to make a purchase. Maisie had a good sense of humour and a friendly way about her.

We have purchased from this Dreams store a year ago and purchased a bunk bed. The staff were great then. This was our second visit to look at a new bed for our daughter in a week and Dan served us the first time and both my husband and I commented on how refreshing it was as he was so very helpful. Also Natalie who served us when we made our purchase was very friendly and helpful too. A great experience!

I visited a week before and found the staff very helpful but not at all pushy..my husband and I then visited 2 other companies and the difference in service was massive..just had to come back and make the purchase with Dreams. The staff seem to have a great friendship among themselves and made us feel part of the team while we made our purchase.
