The lady came and got to know what we wanted and help short list our best options then allowed us to try them alone and then helped set up the payment and delivery. She was very nice and showed interest in us and even helped my daughter put her shoes back on after she tried out the beds! Very friendly and not just pushing sales

Any questions we had were answered with honesty, we were told the details of everything, offered insurance for our new bed and told about delivery. Delivery was great, we live on the top floor of a building, there was no complaints from the men (previous deliver people have before) they were polite, friendly efficient and both even offered to put our mattress on.

Natalie spoke to us right away she was helpful but not pushy. She had all the information we required and was friendly. We were offered tea and she accessed the computer for difference products. We left feeling happy about the bed we had purchased.

Walked into the store an Assistant approached to ask if we needed any help. I told him what I wanted and was taken to the beds that fitted my needs. They happened to be in stock and I ordered immediately and arranged delivery date at my convenience. I cannot comment on the product or delivery as I haven't got the beds yet
