Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

Given time to try out mattresses and knew staff were available to assist when we were ready.

Very pleasant and knowledgeable salesman. Had an excellent mug of coffee which was very welcome. He was polite didn’t rush me and gave me a lot of useful information on a variety of mattresses. I only went in for information and prices and came out with a mattress with which I am very happy with.

My experience is rated highly satisfied based on two visits to the store. On my first visit the Store Manager, Ian was very welcoming and friendly offering help to identify the best products suited to me and offering recommendations based on my needs. I had plenty of time to explore the range on my own and unlike some other furniture suppliers did not feel pushed to make a purchase. Once I had time to see if the furniture would fit in my bedroom I popped back two days later and this time was helped by Dan, Assistant Manager. I thought I may not experience the same level of service as Ian provided a couple of days before but I honestly found Dan to be very helpful indeed. Between Dan and Ian I feel like Dreams has the customer at the heart of its core values and not just chasing targets. On top of the fantastic service I was impressed with the quality and range of the bedroom furniture which is all finished to a high standard. The icing on top for me was the in store offers and discount I was able to apply to my purchase which certainly helped! I am now looking forward to receiving my new furniture and mattress in the coming weeks. Many thanks to Dan and Ian for your help.

STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND NOT PUSHY

Dan in the Tunbridge Wells store was able to show me the items I was interested in, give me advice, suggest alternatives, take my order and provide speedy delivery. That's everything I wanted. He's an extremely helpful and pleasant young man and made the whole transaction very easy and dare I say enjoyable!

Friendly and helpful staff, but not trying to 'oversell' product. We were left alone to try beds which was good, as we can't bear too much pressure!

I was greeted warmly by Natalie on arrival. She was really helpful in helping me to choose a new mattress and pillows. The complimentary coffee was also a nice touch. All in all it was a very pleasant shopping experience

Natalie was great in the store. We went into many stores, but her care is definitely what made us decide on Dreams and that particular branch. She was amazingly patient, helpful and friendly.
