A very nice (and knowledgeable) assistant helped me to find the right bed for me with no pressure to purchase the most expensive one but gave me all the information I needed to to make up my mind

Excellent customer service. The assistant took her time to understand our needs and was very patient with us whiist we made our choice, and offered to check stock levels for us to help with our decision process

the assistant who dealt with us ( his name was Glen ) was excellent . He explained the differences in the product range that we were looking at without being intrusive or pushy and recommended products that he thought more suited our requirements rather than just the most expensive. He then took our order efficiently and with extreme patience ensuring that we were totally satisfied during each stage of the procedure.I t made a refreshing change to deal with an assistant as pleasant and knowledgeable as he was .

I was looked after by Natalie at The Tunbridge Wells store. She listened and understood exactly what I needed. I had limited options available to me due to room space but Natalie was thorough in her explanations and recommendations.

Glenn was an excellent salesperson - his knowledge and help enabled us to make the purchase there & then.

The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable and guided us to what we were looking for. The delivery date which we wanted was available which meant we would have a family member at home to assist us where needed The coffee was very good and very welcome!!

Natalie was very helpful without being "in you face" or putting on any pressure. She was very knowledgeable and explained things well. I liked the use of coloured runners to easily identify the different types of mattress.
