Lovely staff Clean store

Sheena was incredibly helpful and delivered what in my opinion is exceptional in-store customer service. I am not going to lie, originally we just wanted to walk into the store to try out a few mattresses and then go online to find a more reasonably priced option. But the friendliness, product knowledge, right amount of support (not too pushy) of Sheena convinced us to buy the mattress then and there. We ended up buying the perfect mattress and pillows. We were greeted and looked after by the sales assistance within a couple of minutes of being in the store. The help and advice given was fantastic, very thorough and spent time with us to help us choose which bed would be right for us and within our budget. We felt very looked after, but had our own space and time to think about what we wanted before making our purchase decision. The customer service we were given was fabulous and highly recommended to friends and family looking to purchase a new bed. My father in-law even decided to get a new bed after we brought ours as we have been so happy with the service and experience we had.
