Our visit was so easy, the store in Tunbridge Wells is large and very well spaced out with lots of choice. The assistant was very helpful and friendly towards me and my wife. I am looking forward to our purchase being delivered very soon.

An all round excellent experience. This was our first bed we had bought together and we didn’t know much about the different types but were given a really thorough explanation, advice and guidance and are delighted with the option we chose. Very good service from store person: Maisie. Not too pushy but knew the products gave us space and time but also the confidence that we were happy to purchase from Dreams.

This is the second visit we have made, we brought our mattress here and came back to buy are children's. The price is more expensive but the customer service keeps us coming back.

Went in to the store with a ruff idea if what i was after. The sales person there was happy to help and found what i was after but after listening to my needs in fact suggested a different frame. Which is the one i ended up getting as it suited my needs better than the one i found myself. Helpful and attentive staff member and i would recommend to others looking for a bed.
