The assistant Natalie was very good at showing us the bed, explaining everything about it and the various products to go with it.

Staff very friendly and easy to talk to, very relaxed atmosphere in store. My wife made me go shopping and I have to say due to our visit to dreams I actually enjoyed my afternoon spending my hard earn money.

I am experiencing awful bad nights and Ian at my local dreams was very helpful and knowledgeable answering all my questions honestly.I felt able to make an informed decision on my purchase.

The staff were very helpful and we were able to choose a double bed for our son within our budget without any fuss.

I was greeted by a very friendly assistant who was prepared to spend time explaining all the products and allowing me to test them at my leisure. As a result I asked when she - Carol - worked next as I felt confident that she was the sales assistant that would enable me to make a honest purchase.

Dan was really helpful, not pushy, clearly clued up on all things beds and sleep. And he helped work out our needs for a bed, without us even knowing them ourselves. Really easy and satisfying purchase!
