Carol took the time to understand our needs, was very knowledgeable & we felt comfortable with her. Other staff members were friendly, the atmosphere of the branch was pleasant & the store was clean & uncluttered. All in all a good experience.

Staff were very friendly and kind. Spoke to Glenn and another young woman (brown hair) who had great customer service. So far everything was made easy and we appreciate that nothing was force upon us. Staff believe in their products and spoke honestly.

The sales assistant / manager was extremely helpful and arranged for our order to be amended when we realised we had ordered a bed which was slightly too long for the space available. Excellent staff!!

We where very happy with the help required for my medical needs. Staff very friendly and helpful not rushing us into a sale which we found quite refreshing

Friendliness and knowledge of products within the store by the member of staff who helped us. Maisie was excellent and didn't make us feel under a decision too quickly but made sure it was right for us.

The store assistant (Natalie) was super helpful but very aware that it involves taking time to try the beds. She told us all the key things we wanted to know and gave us the space we needed to look around.

Having visited 2 other stores looking at mattresses being larhely ignored, Dreams staff were attentive from the outset - didn't push, but helped in every way.
