Every member of staff was smiling and courteous, very helpful without being pushy. Helpful in sharing knowledge. Dan who helped us and sold us the bed was brilliant.

Natalie was extremely professional and answered all of our queries. She took us through the whole purchasing experience smoothly and effortlessly.

Staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We were given complimentary coffee and assistance keeping an eye on our baby while we discussed options. Despite taking time over our decisions the staff were very patient. Excellent service all round and lovely choices of beds.

although I had to wait to see a team member, as soon as they'd finished with their clients I was seen straight away. Glenn was helping both me and another couple and what I liked was that we were both given time to look and have help without feeling pressured to buy a certain product. Everyone was very friendly and warming.
