We were offered assistance immediately on entering the showroom by Natalie. However we did not feel pressured and were given other options to the one we originally came to the store to see. She was friendly and made the shopping experience easy.

Carol, dream colleague, was professional, approachable, knowledgeable and took time to fully understand our requirements. She wasn’t pushy, gave us space to consider the options without feeling under any pressure, so it was a pleasurable sale. We felt we had a rapport with her and would go back to her without hesitation. She explained the mattress collection and disposal fully and the system if we were not happy with the mattresses. If you were looking for someone in a corporate training video Carol should be the one. As far as we were concerned she did everything right.

Dan the assistant manager was really helpful. explaining how to narrow down the choices and made it alot easier. I didn't have a huge budget so some of the prices were scary but Dan put me at ease and we tried a few within my budget with the requirements i needed. Brilliant service
