The sale staff (Maisie).was very chatty and listerned to us . She advised us on the mattress. She gave us crayons to keep our granddaughter busy. She introdused us to the sleep gadgets. We were a alowed to take our time on the decision and not rushed.

We came into store to look for a bed and then went over to furniture village to compare and the customer service was so bad we left and went and brought our bed from Dreams Maisie was amazing and very quick and found what we just needed time to save for our mattres that we have seen in dreams

I came in to just get ideas for when I move in September and I have to say the care and attention that I was given by maisie was first class. wasn't typically salesy or pushy and seemed genuinely interested in what would be best for us. we purchased a pillow after she gave us some to try on the mattresses and she printed us off a quote for what we had tried and I can guarantee I will be back. so surprised by the service which was potentially the best I have ever had. well done to Maisie and Dreams Tunbridge wells

Carol listened to our requirements and offered sensible appropriate solutions. She sold us additional items that we hadn't planned to buy but did in a non pushy way that showed me the benefits of her suggestions She knew the product range available and showed us a number of options that could work

The store manager took his time to understand our needs / requirements and also took into consideration our budget. He showed us what was available along with other options. We then went away (for a few weeks) and then returned back to same store to place the order.
