Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

I don't tend to complete surveys like this but Dan, Assistant Manager at the Tunbridge Wells store was simply excellent and I was compelled for that reason. He showed the right pace in dealing with us, he was knowledgeable and very pleasant. I would love him to get the recognition he deserves and I will be recommending this store to friends and family and we shall be back in 8 years or before as we replace other beds in our property.

From the moment we stepped into the store, all the colleagues at dreams were incredibly helpful. Sheena in particular guided us through the simulator and asked us questions on our current mattress and what we were looking for. Sheena then stayed with us through the showroom showcasing some of the mattresses that would be most suitable for us, and with each mattress we tried, took our feedback on board as to what we felt would work for us and where to go next. She was very thorough and gave us plenty of time (especially with the amount of questions we had), to find the perfect mattress. Then sheena even guided us through the purchase, detailing exactly what would happen throughout the delivery and aftercare too. I have already reccomended my family, friends and colleagues to go to Dreams for their next bed / mattress. Thank you Sheena and your amazing team who helped us, what a great experience.

Dan the man who assisted me through the whole time I was in the Thurrock store was great ! He was friendly , attentive and very knowledgeable. I knew the type of bed I wanted but didn’t have a clue the type of mattress I needed/ wanted! He suggested I use the magic mattress decider helper ! 😀 He then showed me and allowed my try the suggested mattress types covid safely. On eventually deciding and accepting the price , when we got to confirming my purchases I got even more discounts which obviously I was over the moon about!! I was then offered free home delivery and also having my old bed etc removed and recycled what could be !!! And my new bed put together … A great experience … thank you Dan for your help and professional advice . Keep safe everyone .
