Carol displayed the correct balance of knowledge, attention and understanding that it is not necessary to hover over a customer for the duration of a visit a store. Whilst dealing with another returning customer her colleague took over and transferred again once completed. Excellent communication which ensured we were provided with the information we needed and product guidance to feel confident of making a purchase during our visit rather than looking elsewhere. Well done all round!

Having done research visiting several local bed shops and getting thoroughly confused, I decided to plump for Dreams as its pricing and the approachability of the staff was very good. When I returned to the store knowing roughly what I wanted Natalie, who served me, was very friendly and helpful, going to get a bottle of water as well as leading me through the process clearly and easily.

The staff, especially Natalie were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable and did their very best in being accommodating to our needs. They assisted us when needed but were not overbearing and were very lovely offering coffee and water. Overall a very nice visit
