I went into the store knowing that I wanted a divan ... I am a first time buyer and buying everything from scratch and Natalie who served me was brilliant she showed me all my options and gave me the best deal she could

I received plenty of help and information. The assistant was friendly, pleasant and very knowledgeable about your products. He listened to my requirements and gave me several suitable options. I did not feel under pressure to buy. He was very obliging. I left the shop feeling extremely happy with the service I received and delighted with my purchase.

The staff offered advice, listened to us and provided excellent pillows to wander round with to try different mattresses but weren’t pushy, or in our face. We were offered refreshments- nice coffee and made to feel relaxed! After much deliberation the staff were ready to make the sale without us having to go look for anyone, we bought pillows aswell which wasn’t planned but they were too comfy to leave!

The assistant met our every need and steered us towards what we already felt we needed rather to sell us something else. They were good with our children. They knew their product range well.

After a morning of trying out any and all mattresses in the area we came back to Dreams twice. Each time the staff were friendly, but not pushy, they gave us enough space and the right system for us to find the correct mattress for us. Ian, the store manager caught us at the ideal moment and made sure he put our minds at ease. The mattress we chose was perfect, however we were worried about the price as it's a lot of money for us. Ian gave us plenty of advice to make an informed decision

Very very helpful. Good guidance & knowledge. Right level of interaction - knew when to give us 5 minutes to talk between ourselves. Lovely latte.
