I wanted help with buying a mattress and was helped by Natalie in the Tunbridge Wells store. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Other staff in the store also helped when I couldn’t give a mobile number as I don’t have one. Maybe this should be thought of for those of us who are Luddites! This purchase was a pleasant experience because of friendly staff. Well done for employing them.

The showroom staff were very pleasant and helpful. The showroom was neat clean and tidy and items were well displayed.

Attentive, polite and knowledgeable staff and yet we didn't feel 'pounced on' when we walked in. They offered us drinks and even moved mattresses around so we could try combinations of different bases. We felt completely relaxed which is the only way to choose what you are going to sleep on! Ease of ordering and great assistance. All round excellence and quality service. Thank you.
