The sales lady was very good and made very good suggestions. the Bed looks amazing i cant wait to get it

The store assistant masie in the Tunbridge Wells branch was very helpful and understanding with helping me choose the right mattress and bed frame for my type of style and needs would defiantly buy a bed from dreams again

Sales lady was polite and curteous. Knew the products and was not in the least overpowering or pushy as sadly experienced in other stores. This person is a credit to your team

I had already been to 2 other shops before coming to Dreams and the reason I left the other 2 shops were purely down to feeling i had not got the best value for money and just felt I was being pushed into a sale. Carol, the lady in Dreams, Tunbridge Wells, that helped me was very good but not pushy and that made me feel comfortable and not pressured into a buy. There was a range of beds to choose from as I did know what I wanted but Carol was able to give me more than what I wanted. An Ottoman bed with drawers which was spot on. I also got to buy the bed I had fallen in love with months ago as it was ex-display. I just can't wait to move into my new house and get the beds delivered now.

Very helpful sales assistant. He wasn’t pushy but was able to answer my questions and I didn’t feel any pressure
