Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

My wife and I visited the Tunbridge Wells store prior to ordering and were very impressed with the knowledge and the pleasant approach of Carol the sales person, by understanding our requirements and fully explaining features and benefits of bases and mattresses. The helpfulness of Carol was a key factor, along range and quality of products ln us returning to place order.

Matt from the Tunbridge wells store was a very friendly guy he gives the company a great contribution he know what he’s talking about and treats the customer with respect and like a good friend even thou we were buying a bed and obviously its a very serious purchase we had a great laugh and joking about he really puts the customer at ease while being professional in is Job So the long and short of it is our visit to the Tunbridge wells store was a fantastic experience and if we ever need another bed we will definitely come back to the Tunbridge wells store

Friendly helpful staff and availability of item

Dan was polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I hate pushy sale staff, I told him what I wanted and the money that I had to spend, he did not try to oversell me a bed that I couldn’t afford. I had been to two other stores before going to Dreams, one store had no staff so I walked out, the other furniture shop was ridiculously expensive. Great value and great staff

As soon as I walked though the door , I was warmly welcomed by Natalie. She made me a latte, advised me the beds which was right for me and then left me to it, to lie away, no pressure sales and bothering me while I made my own decision which matteress I wanted, I did ask a few questions...but there was no pressure, which I really liked. I bought a bed , did the payment though Natalie, all very smooth and friendly....I’ve had many disasters with beds from other stores and Natalie reinstated my faith in buying a bed, especially from her store...will tell my friends about my comfortable and relaxing experience, thank you.

Wonderful staff, very good products

We were both pleased with both the attention we were given, regarding understanding what beds were available and what each type provided. However, the thing that most impressed us was the way they gave us the feeling that there was no “pressure to make a purchase” and we were given time to try things out without being pressurised with a requirement to make a response. “Given time on our own”

I was greeted by Maisie who immediately made me feel welcome and took the time to listen and understand my requirements, then showed me a range of products that would help with my back pain. Offered me a drink and didn't crowd me when I needed time to think. All of the team were really helpful, positive and listened well. I visited every other bed store on the estate and then came back and bought the mattress Maisie had recommended from the start (even though it was really over my budget!).

We had a short amount of time to place an order the manager and attendant were accommodating and very helpful.

The gentleman Glenn was so experienced in all matters, showed me all I wanted to see, Offered us Coffee,and the guys were all so polite Thank you
