Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

The advisor was very helpful without being pushy. We were lucky that the store was quiet so we didn't have to wait to be dealt with and he (Glenn) was able to spend as much time with us as we needed, and he was very knowledgable.

Maisie was very helpful and knowledgeable. She understood our requirements and explained options clearly. She wasn’t too pushy and gave us time to think. We also enjoyed the cup of coffee!

Store staff were helpful and understanding. Arrangements were made for me to collect an urgently required bed from Swanley warehouse the following morning where the staff were friendly and very helpful

We found that the attention of the staff was just right. Daniel made sure that we had all the information we needed but was not pushy in any way. He explained the features of all the products and then left us to decide. He also offered us tea and coffee. Once we had made our choice the ordering process was smooth and quick.

There is nothing I can criticise to be honest - all very efficient and helpful.
