The sales assistant was helpful and well informed. We were not rushed in any way and did not feel pushed into making a purchase.

From the moment I entered the store I was at ease, a member of staff asked me if I needed assistance. I told him that I was just wanted to browse for a while and he was happy to let me do that. I was in no way pressured. When I had looked at the beds that I was interested in the sales assistant came over and was very helpfull and knowledgeable about the products that interested me.After he had thoroughly explained everything to me I made my decision and bought the new mattress that I wanted.

Carol served us. We had walked out of a previous store because no one interacted with us! She was really helpful, knowledgeable about the products but not pushy. We didn’t feel rushed and felt that we’d made the right decision when we came out. There were a lot of mattresses to chose from, and it was a bit overwhelming but carol asked us a few questions and then knew what we needed. Was easier than I’d expected. Nice lady and great customer service. Thank you!!

The assistant was not overbearing. She left us to look around at our leisure. Was immediately available when we needed assistance. Very pleasant lady.

The choice of products and the colour coded theme for the different firmness was perfect for us to determine where we looked and tried made it so much easier.

The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the price, which is a little on the expensive size. However, the staff in the store were extremely friendly and helpful.

Natalie was so caring and friendly, which made me feel completely at ease. We were not rushed which made it so easy for me as I have a severe back problem, and need to take my time . We enjoyed 2lovely cups of Latte an made to feel really at ease. Thankyou Natalie.
