We were very satisfied with our experience at Dreams and the Lady who served us was excellent and took care of ou needs in every way.

Very helpful assistant

We were served by the assistant manager of the store who was very polite & friendly during our visit making us feel at ease the entire time even offering us a drink of tea or coffee whilst there in the store. He had a solid knowledge of not only the products we were buying but also of the terms of sale & explained the warranty on our products as well as the delivery service & provided us with a bag for our old mattress which would be collected with the rest of our bed to be recycled.

The assistant seemed to know what we wanted & was very knowledgeable to give us a great deal of help, also when the company's software let him down he didn't seem to get wound up about it .

On my first visit to the store sales assistant Daniel was very helpful, knowledgable & patient, as my husband & myself tested several beds. At no time were we put under any pressure. I returned a couple of days later and saw Glenn who was also very helpful and completed my order. We now hope the products are as good as the service.

Really quick and easy Natalie was super helpful! I found a mattress online, went in store and Natalie asked if we needed help within a matter of minutes she directed me to the mattress I had found and within 10 mins we were going through the T's & C's! Could not be happier! Thanks so much!
