My Partner & I came into the store today and was greeted by a lovely lady called Maisie, We instantly felt comfortable talking to her as she was so friendly and helpful, she listened to what we was looking for and showed us different beds/mattresses that we might like. Maisie stayed with us throughout our visit which was lovely as she was there to answer all the questions we had, but wasn't on our toes, Maisie even made us a cup of tea which was great. We had our 4 year old daughter with us as-well and Maisie made the effort to talk to her which was really nice. While we was looking and laying on the mattresses Maisie even went and got us a couple of pillows each to try on the beds which was good because we could then lay down with a good pillow and get a feel good feel of the mattress , she really did everything she could to make our experience a great one! throughout the whole time we was in the store from start to finish i felt so comfortable and felt i could ask any question no matter how silly they sounded, the manager Ian was lovely as-well and was really helpful and friendly. The store/staff team was brilliant, we shall definitely be using dreams in the future!

I enjoyed my experience of shopping at Dreams. I have had my mattress for 20 years and it's very exciting to finally purchase a new one. The shopping assistant was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable making the experience fun because she did not rush me and went though all the options making sure I understood them.

We visited the store on a couple of occasions and found the customer service to be exemplary on all visits. The manager, Ian and his colleague Glenn were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and generous with their time and coffee! We were able to spend a significant amount of time making our decision and were never hurried. The ordering process was smooth and efficient.
