The staff member who helpe us, Natalie, was knowledgeable and friendly. I did not feel pressured at all by her and she gave us plenty of time and space to decide, only offering advice when asked and guiding us through the products at a very good pace.

Came in to do the tempur challenge and was treated fantastically by ian the manager. The tempur pillows were brilliant so i bought one and I'll be in to buy a tempur mattress soon.

The staff were knowledgeable and available but not pushy. We had visited the store the previous week to view the products and decided to go back to purchase the goods because of the excellent service.

The shop assistant was very clear in explaining and suggesting ways I could save money. He also offered us drinks as the process took longer and apologised. He was very polite and I felt valued as a customer he very cheerful and seemed to be enjoying his role.

Good staff knowledge of product and helpful nature of the staff

Received a warm welcome, good advice that was practical to me and my price limit, friendly but not pressing, offered a hot drink and solved the problem of a later than expected delivery date very nicely. All very good.
