I was offered assistance as soon as I stepped into the store. The assistant was extremely helpful and knew his product.

We were impressed with the way the staff were informative and so helpful, but also left us to enjoy the experience ourselves, laying on the mattresses and having time to discus between us what we were after. If we needed any assistance there was always someone to hand. Our lovely assistant Natalie was so helpful, she brought us pillows to use on the beds, made us tea and also gave us really good advice. It was a really great experience. We had a lot of fun picking our first mattress for our first family home.

It was a seamless experience the assistant gave us the info we needed to look round the shop then stepped away only coming back when she realised we were close to making our choice exactly what you need, nothing worse than pressure sales in a shop

From the moment we walked in we were treated with respect and friendliness. We were not pressurised at all. We were offered a nice hot drink and allowed to walk around and try all the beds that were recommended to us. Glen was very helpful and helped with any questions that we had. We would highly recommend the Tunbridge Wells Dreams to anyone.
