The assistance Glenn was extremely polite enthusiastic and helped us find the product we was looking for at an affordable price. This led to us leaving with a new bed frame we love and a ex display quality mattress at half price. We where offered a coffee before making our decision and we decided to go for it so we purchased the goods along with some bed lining and duvet sets ect to make our bed extra special. However Glenn was a 5 star member of staff and a true credit to Dreams and the manager of the Tunbridge Wells branch i would highly recommend Dreams especially this store for customer service value and Glenn has made me want to come back should i need to in the future.

Glenn the sales assistant was very knowledgable and friendly. No hard sell but friendly advice and helped with our decision.

The service was very quick and simple. I was shown the products and given a range of dates when delivery would be available. Still waiting for the order to be delivered but so far very happy.

The lady that helped us was Natalie and she was absolutely brilliant, too the point efficient and knew her products an asset to your business.

Carol was really helpful and friendly. she answered our questions and gave us advice on which mattresses to try after we told her our current problems and what we now wanted. she made the purchase really easy.

Glenn was very helpful in helping us choose a mattress, my son has chronic pain and spends most of his time in bed so he recommend one to help
