We were offered and given the help needed to understand the choices and how each potentially impacted on sleep. All my questions were addressed with comprehensive understanding and we were given the time to absorb and consider our position so that we could make the final decision without pressure to do so

The member of staff who served me was an absolute delight. She was friendly without being over familiar and explained everything clearly then left me to make a choice and came back a few minutes later to check that everything was okay and to see if I needed any further assistance. She then processed my order efficiently. She is an absolute credit to the store.

Everything we were interested in was clearly coded. Staff were very helpful and informative. The store was spotless and well presented.

Were greeted when we arrived very politely. As we tried the beds we were offered assistance and when we had made our decision someone quickly came to our aid. All very slick and professional.
