Having visited the store a few months previously and received excellent product information from Dan I then did further research of the beds that I needed. I returned to Dreams as I had had a good experience previously, it is local to me [so that I could 'explore' the showroom], and I was fortunate to be able to see Dan again. I had to wait a little while as he was with another customer but his colleague did ask if he could help. I explained that I would like to see Dan again as I had seen him before and the colleague said he would let Dan know. I was offered a seat and a drink whilst I waited. When I saw Dan he remembered me and was extremely helpful. He answered my questions - even those that I should have asked but didn't! He patiently went through the paperwork and gave me copies - which I have now also received by email. The whole experience was efficient, stress-less and welcoming and put me at ease.

We were extremely impressed with the service we received. I had already visited the store two days previously so knew which products we were interested in. After a delicious coffee and a trial lie down on two beds we decided quickly on the mattress and divan we wanted. The assistant was very helpful and informative - not "pushy" and we left the store feeling very satisfied.

The sales person was experienced and knowledgeable.

Friendly, helpful staff who did not continually bother you but were on hand when required and answered questions in detail. Plenty of choice at a range of prices

Natalie, the assistant who took our order (Tunbridge Wells branch) was very friendly and helpful and the team were happy to either help or let you browse in peace. We had questions about the size of the item on delivery and one of her colleagues checked this unprompted as our order was being processed.
