Dan from T wells branch was great. We used your sleep match to find the right mattress and Dan showed us all the choices. He offered us a coffee and told us to take our time. When we found the right one for us so he sorted out the finance and paper work. All round it was a painless experience and we would highly recommend it to everyone.

From start to finish Carol was brilliant, she wasn’t too pushy (nothing worse than a pushy sales person when trying to look) and listened to what we were after and gave us time to look at all options we were considering before finalising the sale. Brilliant Customer Service. Great sale offers a fair bit more than we wanted to spend but was a good deal for what we purchased.

Carol, based at the Tumbridge Wells store was incredibly helpful. She was full on knowledge, expertise and considered our needs and wants. Carol really listened to our feedback on the variety of frames and mattresses. She is an asset to the company!

Very helpful staff. Went through the sleep finder program to get the best possible mattress. Carol was incredibly helpful and spent as much time as was needed to help us find what we were happy with.

Excellent quality of customer service showed by Dan, very helpful advice which helped us to reach decisions on our mattress purchase. Very efficient service in providing a quote which we converted to an order the following day.
