Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

I have not bought a bed before and was overwhelmed by the choice of beds on offer when I entered the shop - where should I start? One member of staff welcomed me and started to find out my needs. He referred to another member of staff and I was then introduced to Carol who guided me through the range of beds on offer. I was also given a lovely mug of coffee which was very welcome. After I had chosen a bed Carol went through the documentation with a fine toothcomb and we talked about the layout of my house and aspects of delivery. Carol was brilliant, she and the other staff made the visit a very pleasing experience.

Natalie (Tunbridge retail park) was so lovely and couldn’t of helped us more. We found our perfect bed and cannot wait for it to be delivered.

I found all the staff I was speaking to very helpful. Glenn and Ian were exceptional in understanding my requirements. They did not pressurise me into any particular product or rush the sale and answered questions extremely well. I also had time by myself to make my final decision. I got the feeling that they all thoroughly enjoy their jobs. Great customer service which is nice to see.

Very professional staff. No hard sell. Found out exactly what our needs were and gave us multiple options which met them. Gave us time to think about our decision .

It was so quick and efficient. We were greeted in store by a number of staff and when we were ready to discuss further with a member of staff, Ian was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better service.

We went to purchase a new mattress for our double bed. We were very satisfied with the explanation of the various different types of mattress available and were happy that we were able to test the mattresses before we made up our minds.

Friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable

Very competitive prices (we saw the sane product in Furniture Village and it was cheaper in Dreams). We eere mot pestered & did not feel under pressure to buy whilst browsing. We left to check out The competition & then when we returned & made a decision the assistant was helpful but did not coerce us into purchasing more items. She explained the process & timescales very clearly. A good experience.
