All the staff were very friendly and happy to help, they showed good knowledge on the products in the store and were all approachable.

Highly satisfied with the assistant's knowledge, time given to attending to our needs, and the lack of pressure to make a purchase. There was plenty of time for us to discuss our needs between ourselves.

We didnt have much idea of the different beds available or the costs. One of the assistants (Glenn) asked us if we needed any help and first off we said no we just wanted to have a look. We found that we needed a bit of help in understanding the differences in what was available, so we went back to Glenn and asked him to explain the main differences and the related prices. He showed us a range of items and explained the main differences and the prices and this enabled us to make our choice.

It was a pleasure purchasing from your store. Your staff were extremely helpful, and not at all pushy on making a sale. I will most definitely come back when I need to buy a bed for our guest room. Thank you!!

The store stocked all the products we were looking for and they had colour coded the mattresses which made everything very easy to locate. We were greeted with offers of tea and coffee which was a lovely touch. Once we had made our decision we were served by Ian Clark who was very friendly and accommodating and he gave more helpful information about both products we chose.

Lauren who was the sales assistant was very accommodating and helpful providing good advice, and remained patient throughout
