Very Knowledgeable, no hard sell offered every assistance in choosing correct products for us .Went through all our options and didn’t hurry us into a decision.Fantastic

Excellent in store service. Products available in good time frame and to be delivered before Christmas. Sales person took on board my budget and requirements and told me very clearly what I could get for my budget, what he could provide under budget and over budget. Also listened to what sort of thing I was looking for in terms of comfort and gave me options I hadn't considered e.g. memory foam. Was very quick and easy to make a purchase

The sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. All the mattresses we were interested in were available in the store for us to try out. The shop assistant was also very helpful in giving us advise which helped us to make a decision about which mattress to buy, without me feeling that he was in any way pushy or directive.

Visited store with a bed frame in mine, found exactly what I was looking for with a Value for money mattress, as only going in spare room for guests will, only be slept in for around 20 days per year, paid exactly to budget and Glenn who served me did not try to push anyyhing I did not want

Glenn and his coleague could not have been more helpful. I was greeted with the utmost sincere friendliness which made me feel very comfortable. I explained what I wanted and they went above and beyond to help me purchase what I needed.

Just felt overly happy with my service, I went to your Tunbridge Wells store and was served by a gentleman called Glenn, he is an absolute credit to your team and definitely deserves some recognition, stayed after 8pm to make sure we were happy with what we had ordered and delivery time and was always making sure we were happy. Cannot fault him

I plopped in the morning to ask a question as I passed by I popped back later that day and the lady remembered what I needed and Was looking at. She explained everything and how long the offer was on. We popped back the next day and the store was busy and the lady was working on her own. She let us know she be as quick as she could. She helped an disabled lady to her car out the front then helped us order her bed. The level of service is second to none and deserves an aconemdation for her hard work and customer service

I went to Tunbridge Wells branch and was helped by Daniel who was very polite and pleasant to deal with and understood exactly what I was looking for price wise and quality. it was a very easy transaction. well done Dreams a great service all round and a pleasure to do business with from purchase to Delivery.
