Both Ian and Dan were very friendly and highly knowledgeable of the products that we purchased. They were both also very understanding of our needs and pointed out differences in products.

We received great service - Daniel clearly knew the products well and gave us plenty of helpful information and good advice. We had only intended to have a look today but felt that, with the advice and service provided, there was no reason to delay ordering our mattress and base straight away. Thank you.

I walked into tunbridge wells dreams store for a quick visit to see what beds are for sale as I was looking for a new bed, I was kindly welcomed by a young man named Daniel (assistant manager) I asked him many questions and he attempted to all my needs, once I found what bed I wanted after he had explained all he details I wanted to search for a mattress, his knowledge of all of the mattresses was very in depth and he helped me pick the right one for me. I was very pleased with his service and advice so I asked him to make me a quote so I could return the next day and make the purchase, me and my mum were both offered drinks whilst he made the quote. I returned the next day to speak to dan again and finalise my purchase. He was yet again very helpful and kind I could not fault his service. I took my mum with me again and she asked a lot of awkward questioms about mattresses and beds but he was quick to answer with very in depth explanation so my mum could understand. I am very pleased with the service I received in fact he has been the most helpful person I've ever had when shopping in stores.

Very good choice of beds and mattress. We found exactly what we needed with the greatest of ease. Parking no problem.

The assistances name was natalie1 and she came to us straight away and advised of what all the colours meant and advised us to lay on the matress as this is the best way to test it. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

We where very pleased with our visit to Dreams in Tunbridge wells. We where asked if we needed help as soon as we walked in pretty much. We rejected help at this stage and carried on looking. We found our mattress and went to order it. Dan who served us was a great help and he explained everything to us clearly and gave us different options on how to pay. We put our order on by now pay later, this took a while as we needed confirmation. During our wait Dan made us a cup of coffee each and also gave us 4 free pillows because of the wait. Thank you for a stress free time Dan! :)
