Initial visit to work out what we wanted. Natalie helped us and was very friendly and extremely efficient in her knowledge of the products on offer. She gave us alternatives to consider within our price range and made the whole sales experience much more pleasurable than it could have been. Went into the store to order the products she had suggested a few days later. Served by Ian who had the same friendly and helpful attitude.

I asked Carol if she could help me with affording two double beds for under £800 and she helped me with every aspect and made a potentially daunting task very easy and even enjoyable. The exact delivery day I wanted wasn’t available but she helped suggest how I could work around that. I had purchased a divan bed from Dreams a couple of years ago, which has been excellent, and now I have had Carol’s excellent customer service I would come straight back to Dreams again for any future needs. Thank you!

We were highly satisfied with our experience at Dreams in Tunbridge Wells because of the excellent service and advice given by your salesman James. He showed us the options of new matresses for our double bed and for a single bed, giving us plenty of time to make our choice for each. James went through the purchasing process with us, aided by a cup of tea! Delivery of the two matresses will be in 4 weeks, which is a bit longer than we had hoped, but is still convenient. Altogether a very satisfying shopping experience.
