Loved the service Glenn gave me. (The middle aged good looking gentleman with horrible shoes) Offered a drink and professional knowledge without being pushy or invasive.

Carol at Dreams in Tunbridge Wells was the reason that all the answers were 'highly satisfied' Carol was attentive, informative, patient, highly knowledge about the products, friendly and professional. Carol made you feel at ease, I visited a few times recently and each time she was as described above. Without this in place the whole experience would not have been as positive and possibly may have shopped elsewhere. A very big thank you to Carol.

The friendly welcome by Dan, knowledgeable staff, a cup of tea and the right level of assistance and being left to try beds and discuss with my husband made the whole bed buying experience very pleasant and hassle free. We're thrilled with our purchase and can't wait for it to arrive!

We were made to feel very welcomed when entering the store. The staff were friendly knowledgable and explained the products fully. We were not rushed and were offered complimentary refreshments whilst browsing. We were able to try out a number of beds and pillows at this store which we found extremely useful. Dan, your representative, made sure that we were aware of all options available, such as, delivery, stain cover, build up service and finance in a polite professional manner.

Friendly and welcoming staff. They were also very helpful and knowledgeable. They were patient and child friendly.

Ordering by phone instead of internet was much more satisfactory as I could ask questions and your assistant was most helpful.
