Assistant came and told us he was available if we needed him otherwise please look around he then came back after a while and asked us if we wanted a coffee then left us to look around. After we showed some interest in a mattress he came and told us about the springs and also showed us another mattress with more springs. After we had decided he then made us a coffee and put the order through and informed us of all the extras available and the delivery time. He was very friendly and helpful excellent .

Glenn from the Tunbridge wells industrial estate branch was a fantastic man who was friendly, honest and gave us all his time despite the fact his shift finished. He is wonderful! We got a great bed that was cheaper than Bensons for beds!

Lauren the member of staff who dealt with our order was very efficient. She knew about all the products we asked about and was able to respond to our questions with great detail.

We were served by Glenn. He was outstanding! I had question after question and he was so patient with me, helping me test out pillows. He also helped me choose when I was stuck between the two different Tempur ones. He was very knowledgeable and relatable. Will be returning when we move house for a new bed and mattresss which he also helped us decide on today!

Lauren was extremely friendly and helpful giving us the opportunity to explore and try out the various matresses on offer but always on hand to answer any questions. Gave us better pillows to try with matresses to help us make a decision. Offered coffee and was very knowledgeable also when came to choosing the right bed frame.

The assistant Glynn was welcoming and his product knowledge was excellent. Help my mother choose a suitable mattress and confirmed a quick delivery. Paid a deposit and paid the balance the next day. Even offered my mum a coffee. Customer service excellence!

Natalie was very knowledgable on products and although the product we wanted had been discontinued she and her collegues were able to obtain a reduction in price of the mattress we purchased

We were greeted in a friendly and professional manor. Through out we were given many options as to our needs and requirements plus we were encouraged to test out various mattresses and pillows for comfort. We received extremely knowledgeable information as to the make up and construction of the Beds, Mattresses and pillows we tried. We were NOT rushed at anytime and enjoyed a lovely cup of coffee while making our purchases. All in all it was what I call good old style service from a gentleman who knew his subject and it was a pleasure shopping at the Tunbridge Wells Store.
