The shop is clean and well laid out. We had the opportunity to try various beds. The assistant was attentive and helpful. Coffee was a bonus.

On entering the store we were greeted by a very friendly and charming assistant who made us feel welcome but without pressure. As the shopping continued the manager of the shop introduced himself and answered the questions we had(So did the first assistant.) and although we were only window shopping at the time i felt that i would like to give my custom to these guys, and so they as you would say, closed us down, but in a professional and charming way.

Walk in got what I wanted on order , could of have a sooner delivery but unfortunately unavailable at moment due to high command unstable though . Salesman very kind and helpful.

All done to the nice lady Natalie. She spent time understanding our needs and then giving advice on how we should test drive the beds. On the first visit we chose the mattress. Sadly Dreams didn't have the type of bedstead we wanted. We went away to consider our options. I had several phone conversations with Natalie asking further questions. Finally I realised I would have to buy the components separately. I could probably have bought the mattress online but to be honest I was so impressed with Natalie and all the help she had given that I decided that she deserved the sale. Hence my return to buy the mattress. It has been a long time since I have so enjoyed spending money and received such excellent customer care.

Was greeted and looked after immediately on entering the store. I knew what I wanted but was shown other options which I looked at but was never put under any pressure to place an order.

We had already ordered a bed a month earlier for our main bedroom so when we decided to replace the spare bedroom bed it was a no brainer where to go
