Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

my wife and I had a rough idea of what we wanted (we have used dreams before) and were greeted warmly by the staff asked if we wanted help then left free to wander. We spotted a bed that we need 3 off and what we thought was the right mattress so went to the desk. Warmly greeted by Natalie who made us tea then talked us through our needs, she showed us different mattresses in our price range and told us the ones we chose were right for the main beds but too thick for the pull out guest bed and duly took us upstairs to the mezzanine and showed us a more suitable product. This enabled us to complete our purchase. We also found some 400 thread count sheets for the new beds in your sale section so we left feeling very pleased with ourselves and the entire experience. Natalie is a delight, very knowledgeable and an asset to your company.

Friendly and curteous manager, no pressure, selected exactly the mattress we wanted at a very reasonable price. Fast and efficient on completing our order and had a nice fiendly chat in the process.

Very easy to look around take your time, asked if we needed help but not hassled a big plus for me! We visited three times before we decided which mattress we bought. Very helpful staff on all occasions. Highly recommend to family and friends.

Ian was very helpful and allowed our toddler to try out the mattresses so she could feel which she was comfortable on. Ian took time to show us a range of mattresses with a variety of prices.

Daniel the salesman was very informative and friendly. There was no pressure which I find extremely satisfying to the buying process. The choices were very well explained in detail when further information was requested. All in a very agreeable way to treat a customer. Well done
