The assistant Ian who dealt with us was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and made our visit a pleasure. This gentleman should be recognised and rewarded for his qualities.

Lauren was extremely knowledgeable and helpful from beginning to end during our visit to dreams. From a cup of tea at the start to picking out bed linen at the end my mum and I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Unfortunately one aspect of our purchasing process was not so outstanding and frankly ruined our experience but it did not occur in store so have scored the questions so far highly. Lauren very kindly arranged for my bed to be delivered quickly and at a time convenient to us, however when the bed was delivered the staff refused to put the king sized bed together. We called customer service and were informed we did not request this on ordering which we take full responsibility for. However it would have been nice to have been verbally offered this service when purchasing a large bed with complicated assembly. When we called customer services to rearrange a time for assembly we were dealt with by and extremely rude and aggressive member of staff named Sabina who reduced my mother to tears. My mum has also spoken to Glen at this branch who was also extremely helpful but I feel it is important to reiterate our experience For the purpose of this survey.

Glen in the Tunbridge wells branch was helpful,friendly, polite,not at all pushy, all in all a pleasure.

As soon as we entered the store we were approached by a very friendly and charming assistant (Carol) and asked if we wanted any assistance. We explained what we required and were shown the alternatives available and given excellent help in making our choice. There are a number of forms to be completed to conclude the order which takes time but we do appreciate that this results in complete clarity regarding the order the delivery and your terms of sale.

I was served by Daniel He asked if I needed any help, so I brought out my list of 3 mattresses I'd seen online. Unfortunately 2/3 weren't in store. The one that was, was much too soft for me, even though it was described as firm. He explained to me the differences between sprung, pocket sprung, and how much of a difference the number of springs can make. Whilst the bed I wanted wasn't available instore, he was able to find one similar to what I wanted. He used what was available in store to help me understand the difference between each option, so that even though I wasnt able to try the one online, I had a good idea what it would feel like It turns out none of the 3 I had wanted to try would really be what I wanted. He found me one that was ever so slightly over my budget, but knocked off £30 so I hadn't overspent to much. The delivery date I wanted wasn't available - as I'm moving into a new flat, I didn't really want to have no bed for a few days, so he happily waited whilst I made some calls to work out how I could transport my mattress from A to B Really great experience, I felt he really listened to what I wanted, helped me understand everything - he was just really nice!

I said what I wanted and dinst take any time for the sales rep to direct to the right products and explain the difference between them, it was efficient and clear.

The Staff (Lauren) were helpful and friendly in our selection of product. The fact that the product is sold by Dreams but that you have no control over the delivery was of some concern, but we were swayed by the product and the service. This might change if the delivery date is prolonged. Yhankyou
