Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

Staff were very helpful and the whole process was quick and easy only 2 weeks to wait for delivery this was the second compete bed I have brought from dreams and the only reason for purchasing another was I wanted a bigger bed.

Carol was of excellent assistance Products we were interested in were available to view, try and carol was able to demo their features

We were met on entry into the store. Sometimes this can be by a pushy salesman. This was certainly not the case today. We were made to feel welcome and Ian asked us what we were looking for and then directed us to the choice of mattresses and explained them all. The colour coding of the type of mattress made the process much easier. Whilst we trying them Ian brought us over a cup of tea and coffee. Ian clarified a few points we had and this enabled us to make a decision. We were trying to get a mattress delivered before a funeral next week and Ian was able to confirm that this would happen. We placed the order and Ian explained some offers that went with our purchase and we took out the extra warranty period cost as well. We could not have had a more pleasurable but efficient salesman to meet our needs. Thank you Dreams.

Daniel th e assistant was excellent, knowledgeable, helpful and informative. He then left me to continue looking and trying in peace, with no pressure, as soon as I was ready to talk again he was there and answered my queries and took my order with the minimum amount of fuss. I will be back again.

We were greeted by Natalie we were very impressed with the service we received, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Natalie served us from start to finish, she was fab.

We were left to browse products without a hard sell approach and assistance was provided when needed. Also the member of staff providing assistance was friendly and courteous.

As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted and asked if we would like a drink. The assistant (Glenn) was not pushy at all he let us have a look round and then when asked was able to provide us with the information we required to a high standard. The order was placed quickly and efficiently there was no pressure to buy any "add ons", although we were asked if we wanted any pillows. Overall a great shopping experience with friendly and knowledgeable staff and a good range of products to choose from.
