Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

Myself and my wife were initially approached but at that stage we were just looking. We were not put under any pressure at all, which we liked. When we did select the item we wanted we then approached the salesman who was extremely helpful.

My Trip to Dreams was a last minute decision, as i had driven past it and saw that they had a 'Sale' on. When i went into the store, I spoke to an assistant called Lauren, who was brilliant. She listened to what i needed, showed me various beds that were exactly what i had been looking for, and eventually she directed me to a bed that was perfect for my needs. Lauren was super friendly, knowledgable and quick to process my order. I would definitely recommend Dreams to any future customers!

Staff, particularly Lauren, were helpful and went out of their way to check items for us even to the extent of checking the top of a headboard that was hanging on a wall. Lauren used a step ladder and took photograph on her own phone to show us there was no damage to the item.

We were greeted at the door, offered tea or coffee and asked immediately what it was we were looking for. We were then immediately taken to the area where we would find what we needed and the arrangement of the goods was clearly explained. We were left to browse but told to ask for any assistance we might need. At no point was there pressure to buy.

I was served by Lauren in the Tunbridge Wells store. She was very attentive and extremely helpful when it came to explaining exactly how I should go about testing the mattresses as well as finding the bed frame that I wanted. Once I had decided she was extremely helpful when it came to payments. I explained I was unable to pay the full amount on the day, so she very quickly explained that I was able to put down a deposit and pay the rest later before the delivery date. This was perfect as it meant I was able to order the bed and mattress I wanted, without worrying about the money. All this meant that the process was extremely easy and not stressful at all.

Exteremly knowlegable staff, friendly helpful and we will now be going back for a matress after out holiday due to the wondefull experience

Glenn treated my recently bereaved Mother in Law with the utmost of respect, even though he didn't know she had just lost her husband.

When we walked into the store there seemed so many beds and we thought we could be here all day. An assistant named Carol came over and offered her help which was wonderful many options were dismissed and within the hour we had found our bed. We were then taken to the desk where everything was explained by Carol and shortly after we left.

Lauren approached us immediately to offer help, offering us tea/coffee. She identified several products similar to one previously purchased in the store, which we were keen to match. She was very knowledgeable about the products. Lauren gave us time to consider and returned briefly, a couple of times, to offer further help, if needed. She processed our order efficiently, carefully explaining the breakdown of the order and the warranty. She has a very pleasant manner, clearly understands the needs of the customer and has excellent product knowledge.
